Research interests

• Databases; design and implementation for human gene expression data, text-mining, visualization tools, algorithms and an atherosclerosis model.
• Patient cohort characterization of the Stockholm Atherosclerosis Gene Expression (STAGE) study. Scoring of cardio angiography in STAGE patients and gene expression profiling of the cohort given clinical features.
