The Computational Medicine team has during 2002-2005 taken part in organizing/chairing the following events for the scientific community:

• Co-organizer and in the program committe of the Annual Nordic Bioinformatics meeting, 2004.
• Program committe of Fourth International Conference on Rough Sets and Current Trends in Computing, RSCTC'2004.
• Organiser (M.Sc. Hallén) of the Forum Scientium Summer Conference, 2004.
• Member (M.Sc. Hallén, M.Sc. Nilsson) of the organising commitee for the 4th Swedish Bioinformatics workshop for PhD students and PostDocs, 2003.
• Co-organizer (with Assoc.Prof. Michael Hörnquist, ITN) of the first international Swedish workshop on Cellular Networks in Norrköping, 2003.
• On the board and founder of the Berzelius Institute, 2003-2004.
• Organizer of gene workshop at the Third International Conference on System Biology, ICSB, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, 2002.
• Member of the Scientific Organization Committee and the Review Committee for the Third International Conference on System Biology, ICSB, at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, 2002.
• Invited organizer of a mini-tutorial and speaker on reverse engineering Gene regulatory networks. 50th Annual Meeting for Society for Applied and Industrial Mathematics, Philadelphia, USA, 2002.
